Model Program Kick-off

This year’s model program was kicked off with something different for sure. The coaches from Ace Circus hosted the early sign-ups for the 2012 Model Program and showed some moves. They learned how to hang in the air on silks that were hung from the ceiling and float through the air on the giant rings (hoola hoops as I call them).

We are continuing to focus on the Senior in this year’s model program as well. The looks and locations for the model events are going to be dynamic; showing off the multi-faceted sophomores and juniors that grace the camera. As you can see, this is no ordinary model program and we will continue to find ways to continue being unique and making the program a fun time.

Senior Pictures: Charles S. IMG Academy

Charles and his mom contacted me after seeing some other sports photography work we had done in conjunction with a senior picture session. After talking for only a minute, I knew we were going to create something amazing. We met downtown and did a preliminary shoot because Charles had a pretty hectic b-ball schedule. After things for the both of us slowed down a bit, we met up for the full session for his senior pictures. At that point, I found out he would be leaving for the acclaimed IMG Basketball Academy in Florida. The kid has skills and throughout the shoot, I saw his determination in achieving the immediate goal of Division I basketball. Well of course, we had to step up the game and ensure we continued with our commercial looks showing his personality and going for the ad with his sport portraits.
